Little pool fun

We woke up today and Logan and Landon just could not wait to get into their pool that they got for their birthday. So I got my swimsuit on to lay out while they played and Logan looks at me and says "mama you are fat!!!" ahhhhh.. kids will tell the truth... I just laughed and said I know baby!!! hehhehe. We are leaving for Gulf Shores June 12th and so I'm trying to get me a little tan, well I was out there for 30 minutes and wow.. my legs are red HA that tells yall how white I really am. I bought a new swimsuit the other day and no not a bikini... nope Ive hit 30 and Im not wearing a bikini in public. But however I did in the backyard. I really wish the water would warm up but this crazy weather we've had lately is crazy!!!! I want to get in so bad and be the big kid that Iam. :-)

Birthday

We had Landon and logan's birthday party Saturday. It was fun, although it was raining it didnt stop the boys. We had water guns, water balloons, and yeah the rain!!! ha. My daddy made his wonderful homemade ice cream, that was a hit with everybody!!! The boys got such good stuff for their birthday, although i appreciate everything that everybody got them, I do have to say that the bookbags that my friend Heather got them were GREAT. She had their names put on them they are just cute... and that means I dont have to spend money on a bookbag come this August.. hehheh....

Mamaw and papa and nana got Landon and Logan a swimming pool together, we are hoping the rain will hold off so we can get it set up because I NEED A TAN.. :-).

School is out

Can't believe that this school year has come to an end. All the boys did very well. Austin Lee didnt have to take any of his final exams so he has really enjoyed that. Austin Todd had to take all of them but for 1, he finished up today. Boy Austin Todd has come along way since the start of school. At first we had problems with him not doing homework but we set the rules straight real quick, he didnt seem to care about school and yall wouldnt believe how his attitude has changed. We are so proud of him and we knew he could do it!!! Most of you know we got custody of him in August but for the ones that dont, thats what I'm talking about, change is always hard and especially being a 12 year old boy but he has kept his head up and proved that he can do it. :-) we love you austin todd!!!. Landons awards day were yesterday he finished out the year with A-B honor roll, rising reader award and 5th highest average in spelling. All of our kids are real blessings. Im so thankful to have such wonderful kids. LOVE THEM SO MUCH!! (will add pictures later for some reason its not letting me.. :-(... )

Happy Birthday to my Logan

   Today my baby, Logan turned 5 years old. Wow how time flys. He will be starting school in August and no, mama isnt happy.. I'm really sad about it. But he is such a sweet little boy, he thinks he is as big as the big boys. The other day he told me he wanted to ride the bike with no training wheels so I told Austin Lee to go in the grass and help him the next thing I knew he was doing it all on his own... can I get an awwwwwww. :-) He was so proud so now he wants his own big boy bike with NO TRAINING WHEELS. We are having their party Saturday because Landons 7th birthday is Sunday so I just do their party together.. .much easier. :-).
   

more baseball

We won our last 2 games. we are so proud of the boys. They all play so well together. :-). Our 2nd game Austin Lee pitched and wow what a great job he did. He only walked 1 person and only 3 hit off of him and they got them out at first. VERY PROUD. He wont be able to pitch for another 2 games because they pitched him the entire game. Austin Todd loves to steal bases and he is good at it!!! We won our 2nd game 11-0 they stopped the game because of the mercy rule, which if a team is up by 10 and the other team hasnt scored they call the game. Well last night our 3rd game we were up 20-1... and the park officials came and said ok call the game lol. OHHHH and I have to say this, well Brantly Williamson hit his 3rd homerun in a row, yes every game we've played so far he has knocked it over the fence.... we are all soooo very proud of him... good job!!! But Thursday night we will see, we are playing a very good team, but we have just as good of a chance to win than them... right? :-)

Our 1st game

We had our 1st game today. We played the team Twins. Our boys did really good, some mistakes were made that shouldnt have been but thats going to happen. :-). We ended up beating them 16-13. We were up by 9 and then its like the boys were getting really tired and sort of gave up but it all worked out in the end.. AT LEAST WE WON.. :-) We are happy for them. And Brantly Williamson hit a homerun for us, knocked it way over the fence.. :-) good job Brantly!!!!!! the very top picture is Austin Todd batting and the one below it is Austin Lee running to 2nd base.. GOOD JOB BOYS.. :-)

New Orleans

We went to New Orleans this past weekend. I had never been and was excited but I didnt know what to expect. We got there unpacked and headed out to get something to eat, that night we went and seen Nickelback concert which was great!!!!! The next day we decided to go for an airboat ride, I have always wanted to do that. Our driver was great and it was a blast that was the highlight of my trip!!! We seen many gators which was a little scary.. :-0. We got out in the swamp area and the guy turned the boat off, I thought he was just getting more marshmellows for the gators, yeah they ate marshmellows.. ???.... but I guess they will eat anything, right? ha. Well I seen him reach for something and all I seen was a tail!!!! I jumped to the front of that boat and my friend Heather jumped over me her camera almost went into the water... it was priceless. The guy got a kick out of it, but we didnt think it was so funny!!! (now we do though haha). Then we hit up Bourbon Street that night and let me just tell yall... I was a little scared, we seen a 70 year old man in a wedding dress I was a little scared on that just seeing it, then I seen many people sitting talking and not talking to anybody just having a conversation can we say STRANGE, then I seen alot of "he/she's"... wow.. and it was very dirty to me there I know since the hurricane hit I''m sure things are worse but wow... it was different I will just say that. But over all we had a blast but not sure I will ever go back!!! hahah.... Oh and so many people coming up asking for money I dont like that at all!!! lol.
